Hope you are all well and having a fab day! I am here with a little recipe for you all! Now – If you know me, you will know that cooking is not really my strong suit and I tend to not be very good at following recipes – however I am really trying to improve my cooking at the moment and trying out a few different recipes!
Today I want to share with you how I make one of my favourite breakfasts! Banana pancakes! Super quick and simple – even I can do it! Hope you enjoy!
What you’ll need!
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- Cooking spray
- Whatever toppings and extras you want (I go for fruit and a sprinkle of sugar!)
Firstly all you need to do is chop your banana up pop it into a bowl with your egg and give it a good old mash-up and stir until it has turned into a liquid consistency (doesn’t have to be supper smooth – can make it however you like!
Then all you do is put a bit of cooking spray onto your pan pour a small amount of your mixure into the pan and cook for around 1-2 mintues on each side! Depending on how you like it cooked! (This mixture usually makes me 3/4 small pancakes)
Next all you need to do is add on all of your toppings and voila you’re done! Super yummy healthy pancakes!
